Bill Griffiths
'Bill Griffiths’ passionate intelligence, lexical virtuosity, and rhythmic command of language,’ wrote Clive Bush, ‘is second to none in the British Isles’. Following his death in 2007 West House now holds the remaining stock of poetry books and pamphlets Bill Griffiths published under his Pirate & Amra imprints as well as a stock of his books from other publishers.
Bill Griffiths’ Collected Earlier Poems (1968-1980), edited by Alan Halsey & Ken Edwards, will be co-published by Reality Street & West House in 2010.
