Original paper-covered boards wearing at edges & somewhat rubbed, art-vellum backstrips darkened & rubbed. Small circular stamp of Edinburgh Academic Library on all 4 endpapers. Nice clean copies internally.

Rubbed half calf, upper joint cracked but held by cords. Lacks spine label. Bookplate of Alan Lubbock.
